[ Oddly enough, this isn't even part of his instability-- well, it's not part of what made him crack and kill Yohan. This is the kind of paranoia a guy feels after someone pokes at his mind one too many times. The kind of paranoia that caught Kangmo, and caused him to ruin Chihoon's plan to take the doctor down the first time, or worse, the kind of paranoia that led Muyeol to go on a witch hunt for Kangmo down the halls of their school in the first place.
Muyeol tried so hard to trust his classmates as much as he could after that, but with Mireu trying so hard to hide something for him, he's already leaping to the worst case scenarios. Bracing himself for the worst outcome that there could be.
It's all racing through Muyeol's mind, but fortunately enough kept locked up tight. If Mireu isn't part of Yohan's schemes? He doesn't need to know Muyeol is suspecting him right now, and if he is...? He definitely doesn't need to know then.
